SprayEZ is a manufacturer, assembler, and distributor of spray foam insulation rigs and supplies. The Company operates out of two facilities, in Yulee, Florida and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a combined 37,000 square feet. The products manufactured, assembled, and distributed by the Company include spray foam insulation machines, spray foam chemicals, spray foam insulation guns, transfer pumps, air dryers, hoses, whips, polyurea, generators, and air compressors. Additionally, the Company offers training classes, replacement part installation, and equipment repairs.
Based in Cincinnati, Ohio, Roebling is a private equity fund focused on lower-middle market companies. Roebling partners with founder-led businesses to drive long-term success through operational enhancements, strategic investments, and hands-on expertise.
