Bill Sorenson Selected for Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2015
Heritage Capital group is pleased to announce that Bill Sorenson was nominated and has been selected to be a member of Leadership Jacksonville’s Class of 2015.
Leadership Jacksonville is an organization that develops youth and adult leaders who will assume greater responsibility as community trustees and improve the quality of life for self, family, and community. The year-long program brings together approximately 50 leaders from throughout the community to learn about the First Coast, build relationships with other leaders, and analyze major areas of community concern. Selection for each year’s class is highly competitive and criteria for selection include demonstrated leadership skills, active community involvement, and a willingness to invest the time and energy required by the program.
Bill Sorenson is a senior analyst with Heritage Capital Group. His primary focus is conducting valuation, strategic planning, and value enhancement analysis for economic valuation and mergers and acquisitions. Bill is a member of the Board of Directors of Dignity U Wear and a member of the Rotary Club of Jacksonville. He was nominated by Howard C. Serkin, Chairman of Heritage Capital Group and an alumni of Leadership Jacksonville. Mr. Serkin commented, “All of us at Heritage Capital Group are very proud of Bill and his election to the Leadership Jacksonville Class of 2015. Bill is an outstanding individual and will be a tremendous asset to his class, as well as learning many valuable leadership skills from his classmates.”
