Affiliate enables company to further support commercial real estate clients.
Heritage Capital Group is pleased to announce the formation of their brand new affiliate, Heritage Realty Capital, a licensed Florida real estate broker.
In the past, Heritage Realty Capital previously functioned in the real estate capital markets area but, through the recent transition, will now provide services to Heritage clients who require commercial real estate brokerage services.
“Heritage Realty Capital will continue to cooperate with other licensed brokers in Florida,” says Don Wiggins, President of Heritage Capital Group. “This new affiliation will affect the best solution and outcome for Heritage clients.”
“It is not our goal to compete with the commercial brokerage industry,” states William Nicholson, Broker of Record for Heritage Realty Capital. “However, we do run into clients from time to time who have special needs with regard to their real estate. We’ve been asked in the past to provide real estate assistance and guidance, which we are now able to do under the auspices of Heritage Realty Capital.”
