Heritage Capital Group Opens Orlando Office, Appoints Roger Fee As Principal
Heritage Capital Group is pleased to announce the opening of its second Florida office, located in Orlando. This expansion will allow us to best serve future and existing clients. The new office will draw upon the hotbed of activity and increasing demand in the I-4 corridor. Roger Fee has joined the firm as principal and is located in Orlando. Roger's primary focus will be on advising clients on mergers and acquisitions with emphasis on the financial services and commercial real estate industries.
Roger brings more than 40 years of banking experience to Heritage Capital Group with an extensive background in large corporate, middle market (C&I), commercial real estate, small business, residential mortgage, and retail banking. He retired as a dual employee of Bank of America N.A. and Banc of America Securities, LLC after 25 years of service. He last served as Senior Vice President/Senior Commercial Credit Products Manager, serving the commercial real estate development and homebuilder sectors throughout Florida.
Roger also served as a Senior Vice President/Commercial Real Estate Manager of BB&T and as Vice President/Commercial Lending Manager for Bank One of Youngstown, N.A. in Warren, Ohio.

Roger has been active within the central Florida community having served in numerous capacities within several non-profit organizations with primary emphasis on affordable housing and economic development. He currently services as Vice-Chairman of the Orlando Neighborhood Development Corporation. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene University and a MBA from Kent State University.
