Heritage Capital Group is pleased to announce that Chad Clark has joined the firm as the Director of Investment Banking Services. Chad will lead the execution efforts of principals engaged in investment banking activities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, strategic consulting, and valuation. Additionally, he will be responsible for managing and developing the firm's analyst team and internship program. Chad is rejoining the firm, having previously served as an intern and then a junior analyst from 2012-2013.

Prior to his current position, Chad served as a vice president in Wells Fargo’s commercial bank, where he worked for seven years in various roles including commercial sales strategy, credit management, and relationship management. He is a graduate of Wells Fargo’s Credit Management Training Program, a five-month-long leadership training program based in San Francisco, CA. 

Chad earned his M.B.A. with a concentration in real estate from Florida State University, and his B.B.A. in finance from the University of North Florida.
