Melissa Ann Lockhart Selected for the Leadership Matters Program
Leadership Matters is an instructional program jointly presented by the Davis College of Business at Jacksonville University (DCOB) and the Jacksonville Women’s Business Center (JWBC). It is a transformational program that develops image, influence and power among women leaders, by delivering knowledge with mentoring support. In building upon these strengths, program graduates will grow their companies, improve their organizations and better their communities.
Melissa Ann Lockhart, CPA, is a senior analyst with Heritage Capital Group. Her focus is on developing economic analysis for litigation support, conducting valuation projects, and providing analytical support for mergers and acquisition transactions. She specializes in calculating economic damages for complex commercial litigation as well as personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Melissa recently organized a campaign to support Kans for K9s, which raises funds for K9s for Warriors, an organization providing canines to warriors suffering from post traumatic stress and / or traumatic brain injury as a result of military service. In addition, she has volunteered to assist various organization with grant writing.
