With over ten years of experience as an M&A advisor, Mary is a leader of Heritage’s buy-side M&A team. She oversees client relationships, target identification, and the development of strategic and systematic outreach efforts. Mary plays a pivotal role in sourcing potential acquisition targets, helping clients across various industries achieve their growth ambitions through well-executed acquisitions. Dedicated to delivering insightful guidance and tailored support, Mary ensures that each client’s unique objectives are met throughout the acquisition process.
Her core competencies include strategy, buy-side and sell-side research, sales operations, client and investor relations, and marketing. She has successfully facilitated numerous transactions in various industries, such as building products, healthcare, manufacturing, distribution, etc. Mary is passionate about providing her clients with objective and creative value-added advice and helping them achieve their personal and/or business goals. Her customized approach ensures that each client and their unique business is accurately represented to potential buyers or sellers.
Before joining Heritage, Mary built a successful 24-year career as a sales consultant at Cardinal Health, a leading U.S. manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment and supplies. She received her BS in finance from the University of North Florida and holds a FINRA series 79 license.
