As an analyst at Heritage, Nolan supports senior team members in executing investment banking transactions, specializing in financial modeling, due diligence, and business development.
Before joining Heritage, Nolan gained hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions as an intern at The Capital Corporation, where he assisted in all stages of the M&A transaction process. In 2021, he interned at Business Valuation, Inc., contributing to the firm’s valuation analyses for private companies.
During his academic career, Nolan demonstrated leadership and a strong interest in finance. He founded the Investment Banking Club, served as Treasurer of his fraternity, and participated in a study abroad program at the London School of Economics and Political Science, where he focused on alternative investments and consumer behavior.
Nolan graduated cum laude from Wofford College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He holds the FINRA Series 79 license.
